Cancellation Policy
Crown Upon Crown, LLC – Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please review our policies before booking.
Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee.
Same-Day Cancellations: A 50% service fee will apply.
Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required, subject to availability.
No-Shows: A 50% service fee will be charged, and future online booking privileges will be revoked.
Same-Day & Next-Day Bookings: All cancellation and no-show fees apply immediately upon booking, regardless of when the appointment was made.
Late Arrivals: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled. Full service charges may apply.
Repeated Cancellations: Future appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment.
Pricing Adjustments: Any changes to your booked service price will be communicated before your appointment. You may decline a price increase without penalty.
By booking, you agree to these policies and authorize applicable fees to be charged to your card on file.
